Website analytics and privacy
Mina Nina records a limited set of website events to understand whether pages and booking steps are clear and working as intended.
What is recorded
- Page and section names.
- Approved actions such as opening a form or completing a booking.
- A random identifier that lasts only for the current browser tab.
- Broad staff roles for staff-workspace reporting.
What is not recorded
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details.
- Text entered into forms, notes or search fields.
- Screen recordings, keystrokes or cross-site tracking.
- Persistent advertising profiles.
Raw usage events are automatically removed after 90 days. Anonymous approved events may also be sent to Mina Nina’s configured analytics provider to produce aggregate reports and identify usability issues.
